The article contains support services for FRIWO's own e-mobility products, which are available via the webshop. The support only includes products that were sold directly by FRIWO.
The support service only includes remote (TeamViewer10) support for the setup of motor control units. This contains:
- Support for basic physical/electrical questions regarding FRIWO products
- Support for questions regarding the electrical connection of FRIWO products
- Teaching of motors and throttle handles or external input functions
- Help in using the integrated interfaces (AIN; DIN; CAN)
- Creation of basic parameters for the control of the motor
- Using the Enable Tool
- Joint error analysis and support for troubleshooting when using FRIWO components (if remotely possible)
The support service does not include any activities for a deeper integration of FRWIO components into the vehicle or application architecture or changes to hard- and software, as well as error analysis and system evaluation based on measurements. The support service also does not include "fine tuning" of parameters or drive trains on power test benches or similar equipment.
